Higger Tor is a well-known gritstone tor located in the Dark Peak area of the Peak District National Park, near Hathersage in Derbyshire. Rising to around 434 metres, it stands prominently above the surrounding landscape and offers wide-reaching views across the Burbage Valley.
 
The area is characterised by millstone grit rock formations, shaped over thousands of years by natural erosion. Large boulders and rocky outcrops are scattered across the summit, creating a rugged and textured landscape that is popular with walkers and climbers.
Nearby features include Burbage Rocks and the Iron Age hill fort of Carl Wark, adding both geological and historical interest to the area.
